Shortly after the auction closes you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase(s) with an invoice attached. Your payment options are: 1. Pay via credit card - Follow the link in the email to access your FairEntry account and submit your payment via credit card. (Note: A 4% processing fee will be assessed.) 2. Pay via check - Print a copy of the invoice and mail a check directly to the 4-H Livestock Council. All checks must be received by August 25th. Late fees may apply.
Processor Selection or Animal Donation
Buyers will be contacted by the 4-H Livestock Council in order to: A. Select their processor --OR-- B. Make arrangements to donate the animal (see below for more information).
Transportation for Processing vs. Seller/Buyer Animal Exchange
Animals will be transported to the processors Saturday, August 15th or Sunday, August 16th. Schedule to be determined by the processors. If the animal is not going to a processor, arrangements will be made between the seller and the buyer to exchange the animal August 15th or 16th. Buyer contact information will be provided to the 4-H participant who will make contact with the buyer before August 15th.
