​MISSION STATEMENT
Our Mission is to build confidence, guide and create a safe environment for the exhibitor that will last a lifetime,
​while providing resources and support for the family that will allow the 4-Her to become a successful young adult. 
VISION STATEMENT
Our Vision is to grow the program through education of our leaders, advocates, mentors and community.
​We want to enrich and empower the lives of the youth and young adults  to be successful in the years to come.
